Frist day morning 8:30am, your guide and driver will meet you from your hotel lobby, and start the tour : Tiananmen square, Continue explore the Forbidden City, you will spend around 2 hours here, visit 24 emperors lived rooms accompanied by your professional guide. After morning breakfast, Travel through Beijing city, see 26 meters high buddua from Lama temple. Then to the west part see the pandas in the panda gallery. Continue to visit the imperial garden Summer Palace, where the famous empress ” cixi ” spent her summer time. Learn about the lady’s extravagant life.

After a authenic chinese local restaurant. Then transfer to Beijing West railway station experience the bullet train to Xi’an ( G87 14:00pm –18:20pm ) . Xi’an guide will meet you at the exit of Xi’an north station back to your hotel you booked ahead.

Start your morning tour see the Terracotta warriors , named Terra Cotta Army, the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses are a collection of terra cotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shihuang, the first Emperor of China. An estimated of 8000 soldiers, include warriors, chariots and horses. The Terra Cotta Army is one of the most significant archaeological excavations of the 20th century in the world. Which was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987.

Afternoon, continue visit the city wall , which was built by the Ming Emperor to keep off the enemies for self-protection ,and luckily it’s still preserved even there were riots and wars in the ancient times.You will have a very relaxing walk on the top of the wall, if you want, you can even rent a bike on the top to discover more .

Muslim Street – Located within the shadow of the Drum Tower, Humin Jie is a 500-metre street lined with restaurants whose proprietors are almost exclusively Chinese Muslims.

Morning see the most famous Buddhist temple in Xi’an the Big Wild Goose Pagoda ,which was originally built for keeping the Buddha statues or the Buddhist scriptures in the Grand Tang dynasty with a history over 1300 years.You can walk around in the very beautiful and peaceful garden ,or you can climb to the top of the pagoda to have a very nice view of the whole city.

Continue visit Drum Tower & Bell Tower – The Drum Tower was built in 1380 during the early Ming Dynasty, and got its name from the huge drum located within the building. In contrast to the Bell Tower, where bell was stricken at dawn, drum was beat at sunset to indicate the end of the day.

Hangyang Tombs Museum – is the historical site designated for state protection. This mausoleum which combines modern technology, ancient civilization, historical culture and garden scenery, is built at the base of the joint tomb of Emperor Jindi and his Empress. It is the largest museum in China.

Have a tasty lunch before take bullet train back to Beijing city.

At the end of day you will be transferred at the railway station for taking G666: ( 15:58pm-21:31pm ) high speedy train from Xi’an to Beijing. Be picked up at the Beijing railway station & transfer to Beijing city hotel.
